Payment options on kondratenko.studio depend on the type of order.

For ready-to-purchase items from the Studio Store, payment is made through the checkout using the payment method available there.

For bespoke orders, custom projects, or individually discussed work, payment terms are agreed separately before the order is confirmed.

PayPal

We currently accept PayPal for eligible online payments.

If PayPal is available for your order, it will appear as a payment option during checkout.

Bespoke orders

Custom commissions often require an individual payment arrangement depending on the scope of work, selected materials, and order format.

Depending on the project, this may include:
full payment before production
a deposit to begin work
a staged payment structure agreed in advance

All payment terms for bespoke work are discussed individually before the project begins.

Currency and additional charges

Prices are shown in the currency listed on the website unless otherwise stated.

Please note that your bank, card issuer, or PayPal may apply currency conversion or additional transaction fees. These charges are outside the studio’s control and remain the responsibility of the customer.
