Handcrafted alligator leather organizer

A client approached V. Kondratenko Studio with a request to create a spacious leather organizer for personal use, suitable for both everyday use and travel. The key requirements were functionality, durability and a high level of execution without unnecessary decoration.

The organizer is made entirely from black alligator leather. Not only the exterior, but also the internal panels, pockets and other structural elements are made from the same material. This approach requires significantly more leather and particularly careful selection of different areas of the hide for individual components.

A Swiss-made RiRi zipper was used for the closure. It provides smooth operation and is well suited to the overall level of construction.

Inside, the organizer includes 16 card slots, a separate zippered pocket for coins and small valuables, and two spacious compartments for banknotes, documents or a phone.

The organizer measures 21 × 12 × 2.5 cm. These proportions allow it to function not only as a large wallet, but also as a compact travel organizer for documents and essential personal items.

One of the defining aspects of this project is that the valuable material is used not only on the exterior, where it is visible to others, but throughout the internal construction as well. A substantial part of the material and workmanship remains hidden from view, yet this is precisely what gives the object much of its character for the owner.

The result is a restrained, functional and entirely individual object whose value lies not in display, but in the quality of the material, the considered construction and the level of execution.
