Returns Policy

This Returns Policy applies to orders placed through kondratenko.studio.

As the studio offers both ready-to-purchase items and bespoke work, the terms of return depend on the nature of the order.

Ready-to-purchase items

Items purchased from the Studio Store may be eligible for return if they are unused and returned in their original condition.

If you wish to request a return, please contact the studio promptly after receiving the item.

Returned goods must be carefully packed and sent back in appropriate protective packaging. Unless otherwise agreed, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Bespoke, custom, and personalized orders

Bespoke commissions, custom-made items, personalized pieces, and individually discussed orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.

These works are created specifically for the client and may involve agreed measurements, material selection, structural decisions, or other individual specifications.

For this reason, once such an order has been confirmed and work has begun, it cannot normally be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact the studio as soon as possible after delivery.

Please include your order details and, where possible, clear photographs of the issue so that it can be reviewed properly.

Shipping, duties, and fees

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on the studio’s side.

Any customs duties, import taxes, currency conversion charges, or local handling fees remain the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable by the studio.
