Alligator Tail Belt with Natural Scarring, Sewn in Buckle

This belt started not with a request, but with the material. I had a substantial alligator tail with natural marks of life, with that kind of character that cannot be created artificially or planned in advance. This texture does not ask for complexity and does not tolerate unnecessary decoration. It needs a form in which it sounds honest and confident.

This is the second piece made from the same leather, but with a different emphasis. This time I chose a sewn in buckle. This type of attachment makes the belt feel more composed and monolithic. The length is fixed and рассчитана for a waist measurement at the belt position of 96 to 106 cm. The belt reads as a finished object with defined proportions, without the idea of “I will adjust it later.”

The front side is made from alligator leather with natural texture and scarring. The lining is black this time, so the belt stays as strict and versatile as possible in combinations, despite the expressive pattern. Every detail is assembled and stitched by hand, with attention to clean lines and long term durability in everyday wear.

The belt width is 40 mm. The buckle is solid brass with a warm, calm tone. This piece is made as a one of one.
