Custom Strap for ZENITH Montre D’Aéronef Type 20 GMT Pilot

This strap was custom-made for the ZENITH Montre D’Aéronef Type 20 GMT Pilot watch. The large and massive 48 mm case required a corresponding masculine strap. Reinforcement materials from Jaeger (Germany) were used in its manufacture, giving the strap outstanding resistance to stretching and potential tears.

The strap is made from art. Longbeach T.Moro color leather by Montebello tannery (Italy). Art. “Longbeach” is a pure aniline leather with a nubuck surface, tanned with oils and waxes to enhance its natural nap. It has a natural grain, soft hand and waxy surface. Its slightly napped surface is obtained with a special process that gives Longbeach a rich, highly valued look.

The sturdy strap is hand-stitched with cream-colored waxed linen thread and matches the size of the case. As an added luxury, the strap features a waterproof hypoallergenic black lining, which enhances comfort and helps reduce sweat stains.
