Bespoke White Alligator Strap for Ulysse Nardin Executive Dual Time Lady

This bespoke strap was created for a Ulyse Nardine Executive Dual Time Lady, a 40 mm timepiece in 18-karat gold with white ceramic, mother-of-pearl and diamond-set details.

The watch originally belongs to a category in which the strap is not a secondary accessory. Its proportions, colour and relationship with the case and original folding clasp are part of the overall design.

For this commission, the new strap was made in white alligator leather and developed specifically around the watch’s geometry and proportions. The construction had to preserve the visual continuity between the white ceramic elements, the gold case and the light-coloured strap while ensuring a precise and comfortable fit.

A waterproof hypoallergenic calfskin was used for the lining.

The result is not an approximate replacement for a worn strap, but a bespoke component made specifically for this particular Ulysse Nardin and its distinctive construction.
