The centerpiece is the color. The steel blue tone is a refined blend of grey and muted blue, with a matte finish that shifts subtly under different lighting conditions. Understated yet expressive, it’s a shade often chosen by those who seek distinction without ostentation.

To preserve a sense of visual harmony, both the thread and edge paint were precisely matched to this base color. The edges were carefully hand-painted using Fenice (Italy) edge paint — a flexible, water-based polymer known for its durability against bending, abrasion, and moisture. This approach ensures a clean, continuous look with no distracting contrasts.

Every step of the strap’s creation was done by hand — from cutting the leather to polishing the edges. Stitching was done using a classic saddle stitch with MeiSi Super Fine linen thread: thin, durable, and capable of producing sharp, consistent results that ensure long-term strength.
